Awesome

Great music. Great lyrics. I can't wait for a cleaned up final version so I can put it on my ipod.

Cayler responds:

I'm actually planning on putting final versions of all my stuff on iTunes and places like that. I never really thought of my music as something anyone would actually buy, but some of my friends told me I should do it so I probably will. That would be kool to actually sell music, regardless of how cheap. lol Thankyou for wanting to put it on your iPod. Makes me feel good. :)

Good

This is really good and it has even better potential. Like some of the other reviewers mentioned it can be a little too scratchy when all the instruments are playing together and the acid is just a touch too loud so it overpowers some of the other instruments you have in their so you almost can't even hear them.

I'd say mess around with the volume levels for the instruments, especially the acid, and it would bring this up from an 8 to a 10.

Good but one par... Ugh... the piano

This is a really good piece but there are a few parts that made it so I'm not putting it on my ipod. At 34 seconds it when the first part starts... I think its the piano or something... it stops at about 46 seconds. It starts again at like 2:10 and ends at 2:28. Then starts again at 2:37 and ends at about 3:00. It sounds grainy or the reverb is too much and gets distorted. Please fix this so I can put it on my ipod!

wyldfyre1 responds:

haha i'll be sure to work on it some more! suprised you didn't like the piano. Hmmm sure its not your speakers? comes through clear here and on my normal comp. meh, either way I'll work on it! Thanks for the great review man!

Good as always but...

You need to mess with the EQ or master it or something. Some parts are too loud and end up causing light static or ringing from volume or something. I'm not good with technical terms for what's going on but I believe it's a result of the guitar.

Kimken responds:

Yeah i'll have to agree with you on that one!
This track could use work. EQ work sucks and the guitar is off tune in some parts.
Well, i might delete this. And maybe upload it again if i have the inspiration to re-record almost everything.

Thx

Good, but needs to be fixed up a bit

This is really interesting and unique but some of the instruments just don't mesh well, and it sounds scratchy and like they conflict with one another. This song could easily be a 10 if it was reworked a little.

Good but..

It's a good sounding song. I would call it techno and not industrial though. I'm see a trace of industrial in there, but not enough where I would consider it industrial. I think with a little work you'd have the talent to make some good industrial songs though. I would highly recommend you listen to http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/liste n/21752

That is industrial at its finest.

Ok... Needs work

The cover of this song by Gary Jules, used in the film Donne Darko, is far better than this. I think this needs to be mastered, some parts seemed scratchy. Overall I'm keeping the Gary Jules version on my ipod instead of this.

Jazza responds:

yeah i understand. i mean, i fell in love with garry's version, thats why i recorded this in my boredom.

Hmm...

This song sounds awfully familiar... At first I thought it was stolen, but then I realized that I already had the original version from you on my ipod and that's why I recognized it. In any case This is good, the ending is different but not good enough to bother replacing it with the original on my ipod

A Masterpiece!

Great song. Clean sounding, everything went really well together, the volume of all the instruments was perfect. I don't know if I'd say this is really classical but no matter the genre is it excellent.

I think this song would go perfectly with Stargate SG-1

Excellent, but you should know...

Your music is excellent. You make the best industrial music I've seen on newgrounds. No tips here, just keep making great songs. You should know though that people like Alex Jones and Dylan Avery make things up and twist facts so they can make money preaching BS to people who don't take the time to do real research or know how to tell which sources are credible and which aren't. I suggest you spend some time at www.randi.org and the forums there.

Anyways. Great music man, keep it up.

Helix6 responds:

Thanks for the link - I will check it out. Glad you enjoyed the track.
